Happy Mother's Day and 2 little teeth.

I just wanted to tell my Mom "Happy Mother's Day!" I am so lucky to have been blessed with such a caring and wonderful Mother. She has taught me so much about life and how to go about making the most of it! Thanks Mom for everything and for always being there for me and not giving up on me. I love you and often think of the example you are to me as a mother. Happy Momma's Day.
On another note...Piper has two teeth! She has been teething for about 3 weeks and this past week her two bottom teeth decided it was time to say Hello. I was so surprised! I think Gabe got her first tooth when she was 9 months old! Oh well. :) I guess when it's time, it's time.

P.S. I will be visiting Utah from the end of May to the beg of August! Feel free to email me to schedule your family shoot during the months of June and July, at casey.mcdaniel56@gmail.com! Space is limited, so schedule your shoot today!

Is it really OUR turn? YAHOO!!! Freak'n yeah! To celebrate, I am going to post a couple of pictures that Lexi took of Piper and I and Gabe! Oh, & please take a moment to watch the video below the pictures..Ren and I were laughing our heads off at these two. Good night.

Girls Night!

It was time to get together with the gals last night...

So we headed to the Victory Bar and Grill at Port Louie, for some dessert and swimming!

It was a much needed night with my girls yesterday. After having a family full of sick kids, including myself, I needed to get away and just relax. So a bunch of us women went out! It was so much fun just chatting and relaxing while eating yummy ice cream, and then going for a dip in the pool!
I love the Carinage at night, with all the lights reflecting off the water. Sorry if some of my pictures are a little blurry; I am not used to shooting at night, but I loved it and want to try it again!

A Visit to the Vet Hospital!

The horses loved Piper and seriously kept following us!

My brave 4 year old.

We had to get a good picture with Ruby, the horse.

I know Piper looks like a little rag doll in there..by accident I forgot my Baby Bjorn, but was able to borrow an unused stroller instead.

Feeding time.

There were quite a few of these types of long-horned cows in there. This guy was labeled #15.

I think every mother would agree that the old man helping the kids in this picture had no idea that two kids on a little donkey, wasn't a good idea. ha! Poor (boy) Gabe!

There was also a newborn calf that was only 24 hrs old!

Gabe at the fence before we went in.

The clan, minus me. :) (notice the lone baby in the stroller. ha!)

We went on our annual visit to the vet hospital yesterday. There was a lot more cows and horses than last time, but no goats. :( It was still a lot of fun! I have to let you know that almost 99% of these pictures I had Piper in one arm, a carrying bag in the other, a camera, and a 4 year old hanging onto my shorts. ha! So, if they are not the best shots in the world, it is because most of the time I just pushed my hat back and quickly pressed the button!

What the "Sundog!"

The day of the Sundog, originally uploaded by Casey McDaniel.

This is what I saw when I looked up at the sun today. Kind of freaky and incredible at the same time. They call it a "Sun Dog" which also interprets into "beside the sun." This is created by ice crystals around the sun. If the crystals are randomly oriented, a complete ring around the sun is seen and if by chance they become vertically aligned, so sunlight is refracted horizontally, then Sundogs are seen. Thanks, Wiki!

Piper's tummy time and unexpected roll!

About a week ago Piper was having some tummy time and decided it was time to roll! I was surprised, scared and excited all at the same time! Ha! Here is the video of it!
