Gabe's new friends!

I came home from the grocery store the other day and this is what greeted me on the sidewalk into our house. (Just so you know,..I DID NOT put these on my daughter! I won't even touch them. Gabe loved putting these on her shirt. I even had a hard time getting them off!)

This is what they turn into!! This is a HUGE moth, by the way. It's hard to tell in this picture, but trust me, it is!

A little bit ago, we had a sudden swarm of these guys. They completely ate this one tree until all that was left were knobby stumps for branches. They even started eating the stumps. Then, they left. They were gone as quickly as they came. We tried to keep one as a pet for a little bit, but later let it go. Too much poop.

Annadale Falls with Sandi!

Sandi & I with the Annadale Jumpers! They jump off the cliffs into the waterfall pond!

This dog covered his eyes right when I pointed my camera at him. I think he has had his fill of tourists.

Sandi & Gabe petting the monkeys!

Don't mind me.

One of the guys jumping into the water!

I have always wanted to get my picture with the ladies who can carry things on their heads. What a talent! Seriously! I still can't get over how little the lady to my left was. She came up to my shoulder! Ha!

The Chocolate Factory with Sandi!

In front of the drying cocoa beans.

Well, Hello there.

Thar she rings.

Some old ruins at the Belmont Estates.

This is a cocoa pod where they get the cocoa beans.

We spent a day at the Belmont Estates Chocolate factory a little bit ago! They make Grenada's chocolate! Gabe was really excited to walk through the beans again and to taste the chocolate.

Bathway Beach with Nanna!

If you look closely, you will see the showercap, and then if you look far away, you will still see the pot-bellies.

Ahh. The comfort of a sand chair. (Can you spot the clear showercap?)

One of those moments...

We took a trip to Bathway Beach while Sandi was with us! It is such a beautiful beach! It was a little cloudy when we went, but still it was a lot of fun! The last picture is of an house, that must have been hit by Hurricane Ivan. I am sure it was so beautiful in it's day, and Ren & I wish we could buy it and fix it up!

One of my favorite parts of this beach day, were the other people on the beach with us. Some of them included the usual, fat, pot-bellied old men with speedo's, & my ultimate favorite was the clear, showercap lady. She is actually in one of my pictures in the background, strolling into the water. She was very at peace and walked very slowly into the roaring waves. Thank goodness for that showercap.

Fort George

Fort George with Nanna!

We told Gabe to make a "shooting a cannon" face and this is what we got. (P.S. Gabe is getting a haircut tomorrow.)

Ahhh. Nothing like a backless chair on the top of a fort by a cliff.

You would never notice this little guy, unless you looked really hard. He was right next to the ironing board, broken toliet seat and other junk.

Laundry day.

Yesterday, we went to Fort George and walked around! The view was beautiful and the cannon's were pretty cool too. During out trip there, I decided to bring some of my laundry so I could hang it up to dry while we walked around. I mean, hey....why not? ha! Actually, I really think someone was living up there in the fort somewhere and thought it was a good, airy day to hang up some boxers.

Just a moment..

We have been spending some fun time with Grandma lately, visting the monkey's and going to the chocolate factory! Here are some random shots of some things we have been doing lately. (Lots more to come!)
