Creamed.

We went to the Grand Anse Beach a little while ago and the waves were pretty big near the shore. I think Ren was the only person running into the water, and I wonder why?

Gabe playing at McDonald's!

We are probably really cruel parents, but we get a kick out of this video.

Deep Sea Fishing!

We decided to be adventurous and go Deep Sea Fishing with some of our friends! After 5 hours of being seasick (Shauna even threw up) and drinking cokes and sprite, we came back in. This last picture shows what we caught,.....absolutely NOTHING! Ha!

Gabe loves to hang out with her buddy, Ethan!

Our kite was nicknamed the "Kite of Despair" since it didn't know how to fly. Maybe it had something to do with the person trying to fly it....he.

We had a fun Easter party a little while ago, where we flew kites, played duck duck goose and had an egg hunt!

Just for fun!

Sometimes, my good friend Sara Weir and I, experiment with pictures against the gorgeous landscapes that Grenada has to offer! It is fun to try out new places and see how things turn out. We like to try and use Sara's prestigious ballet background to get some nice shots.

Our Life in the Caribbean!

In August of 2007, we moved to a tiny island in the Caribbean called Grenada! It was quite an adventure getting here and even more of an adventure living here! People often ask us what we do during the day and the answer is simple,..we live. Life here is very different than life in the states. It is much more simple. Sometimes I want to curse it, but deep down I know it is actually a blessing in disguise. Often times, I need to just slow down and relax. And living here, does that to you. I have come to love it more and more and appreciate the time I have with Gabe and Ren.

Gabe!

Gabe came into this world and changed our lifes! I love being a mom and look forward to all the fun and crazy experiences that come on a day to day basis!

Before Medical School!

Sometimes I forget that we had a different kind of life before medical school. We used to live in this cute little house in downtown Provo, right next to the Provo Bakery. It was heaven. Gabe & I would often slip outside and wander over to the little building, excited to eat something sweet and delicious! Ren is the type of person that is always working on a project. It is just in his blood. I would come home from work and half a wall would be gone in one of the rooms! Or the ceiling! I came to the point where I came home everyday, just prepared for another surprise. he! When we sold our house, I think the value had increased almost double, from all the hard work Ren had done.

During our marriage, I graduated from BYU in Visual Arts, with a small hope of pursuing a dream in photography. Living in the Caribbean has been an incredible opportunity to learn even more about the art. I am so excited for our time here and being able to learn more every day! (And No, we are not cheerleaders. I know it looks like we were in this picture. Just a pair of Cougarettes with some true blue pride! Go COUGS!)

It has begun...

I have officially joined the blogging world. And, I have no idea what I am doing! I guess we will see how this goes...
